Returns and Delivery policy

Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer refunds on hair bundles unless the type of product received is wrong. Refunds are unavailable on all wigs and can only be exchanged. 
Exchanges are acceptable if the hair is in its original condition. In order for an exchange to be accepted the hair must be undamaged, unworn and all the tags and packaging it came with must be still intact. 
Hair that has been brushed, washed or altered will not be accepted. If the items meet the above requirements then they must be returned within 7 days of the receipt of exchange and another product of equal value or a store credit will be given. 

We will send the hair through a courier in order for the packages to be tracked. We will not be held accountable for any lost packages neither are we responsible for late packages. Postage and packaging starts from £7 depending on the weight and the type of delivery. We aim to get all orders out to you within 2-3 weeks and all orders are sent via special delivery in the UK and express delivery globally (DHL) once your hair is ready to ship.
