We recommend a minimum of 2 bundles of hair for a full head sew in if the lengths are between 12"-18".

If you are like us and love loads of volume then we recommend a minimum of 4 bundles for any lengths longer than 18". Curly hair is naturally thicker than straight and wavy hair so fewer bundles are required. If you need any assistance with this then please let us know.

Wash the hair before installation and at least once a week using quality shampoo and conditioner

When brushing your hair before a wash,  start from the ends of the hair and work your way up using a paddle brush or a wide toothed comb

Wash the hair with any of the recommended shampoos and rinse off the shampoo with lukewarm water (you can repeat this step)

If taken care of properly like your own natural hair then it can last for over 3 years. for tips on hair care please check out our hair care page.

Please find all our hair colours on the product pages. Please specify the colour/ gradient and ombre style you would like in the check out section. We may send you an email to confirm the style if it is unclear.

Orders for delivery within the UK are free for all orders over £360. Please find the pricing for global shipping on the checkout page.  Please note that average delivery time is 18 working days. A tracking number will be sent to you by email when dispatched.

All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. All deliveries are made between 9am - 1pm, which would need to be signed for (except bank holidays).

Failure to sign for the delivery would result in the package being sent back to your local postal depot for collection.

Custom orders may take longer (up to 22 working days) to be dispatched. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not working day
